Eligibility for Exchange

• A customer may raise a request for the exchange within 3 days of delivery in Pakistan
• Products returned must be unused, unworn artificial jewelry, and in original packaging
• Valid proof of purchase in the shape of an invoice/order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards in jewelry and cost, items mentioned below are non-returnable and non-refundable: Confidence

• Nose pins
• Orders below PKR. 1,000
• Discounted/sale items (unless defective)

Refunds

No Cash Refund is offered at MY LOOKZ.

If a defective, damaged, or wrong product is delivered, we may offer the following:

• Exchange the product for a similar jewelry item, OR
• Store credit valid for 30 days

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

• Report issues within 24 hours of delivery in Pakistan
• A proof with Unboxing photos/videos will help in verification

After verification, our team will contact you for a free exchange or store credit

Exchange Process

• Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within the allocated time
• Share details with supporting images of the jewelry
• Ship the item back (the customer will bear the courier cost unless the mistake is ours)

After verification and inspection, we process the exchange or store credit within 5 business days.

Important Notes

Delivery or Shipping charges are non-refundable. Artificial Jewelry Products are delicate; color, stone, and plating differences may occur due to photography and screen resolution. My Lookz reserves the right to decline returns and exchanges if not met conditions
