Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.

3. What is your store’s Return & Exchange Policy?

You can raise a request for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery to make it eligible. Products must be unworn and in original packaging. You also need to share the proof of invoice and order number.

4. Can I cancel my order for any reason after placing it with your store?

Yes, you can, but before it is dispatched. Once shipped, you can request an exchange under our Return & Exchange Policy.

5. Do you provide refunds or only store credit?

Currently, My Lookz delivers within Pakistan only. Reach us directly for special international requests.

You need to report the issue within 24 hours with photos/videos on our given WhatsApp or email. Our team will arrange a free exchange or store credit after verification.
